Shipping policy

Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout for some items. Local free delivery is available in some parts of Missouri. If you are close enough the system will automatically add that as an option at checkout.

We ship within the United States only.

We use a mix of USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and international carrier services that have a tracking numbers. If you choose the cheaper shipping policy at checkout (please read very carefully what you are choosing) that does not have a tracking number, then one should not be provided in that instance. 

Please allow several business days to process your order. We will do everything we can to get them out in a timely manner. Most shipments will be mailed out the same day or within 3 business days. Please check each individual item's description for preorder timelines or made to order timelines. Many of the products here are handmade and are made after they are ordered to reduce waste.

Many of the collective vendors we carry ship from their own stores or warehouses to lower shipping costs and expedite orders from all across the USA. If you have multiple brands in your cart at checkout they will most likely be shipped to you in different packages with different tacking numbers. All those tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as they are generated.

Please note that just because the shipping label is generated and emailed to you, does not mean that it has been picked up or dropped off with the carrier yet.
